This partnership will also deliver the following resume parsing enhancements:

• Enhanced Explicit Searching – Data parsed from a candidate’s resume can be stored as fielded data, giving recruiters the ability to search for specific values within a candidate’s resume. Examples of search criteria include Contact Details, Personal Details or employer; these searches return precise results based on the defined criteria.

This simplifies the application process, making it less time-consuming for the candidate.
• Complete Data Validation by the Candidate – Once data is parsed from a candidate’s resume, it can be immediately stored in the database, or it can be presented back to the candidate for validation.
