Buyers should be aware that when purchasing from an Internet dealer Zodiac's warranty policy stipulates that product must be returned to the original place of purchase for repair. Purchasing Zodiac equipment from non-authorised dealers automatically voids the product warranty.

Furthermore, it has also been brought to Zodiacs' attention that there is equipment being offered on eBay that may be sourced from Africa and supplied without essential components for the Australian market. As per the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and the Sale of Goods Acts, equipment that has been sold by an authorized dealer is not covered by the implied conditions of our local product warranty.
