Before I had my Samsung UN55B8000, I suppose we had five special remote controls! 1 for the Tube, an extra for the stereo, another for the DVD, one for the Cable, another for the hard-drive recorder. Argh! What a bother! But now I own only ONE remote control! This is all because of Samsung's "Anynet Plus" technology where you can run any additional plugged-in gadget from your Samsung remote control.

My family continually chuckle at me when I exclaim this Samsung UN55B8000 is the Television of the future! With Samsung's "Media2.0", you can hook your TV up to the internet, and get media through Yahoo widgets, such as images from Flickr, and streaming movies from YouTube. My gal was also exceptionally satisfied with the pre-loaded recipes and fitness drills that the Television came with.
