I am writing this letter in support of Express Medical Transporters application for Non-emergency Medical Transportation operating authority in Hillsborough County, Florida.

I have had the privilege to work with this fine company for the past four years and have found them to be considered the industry leaders throughout the country for Non-emergency Medical Transportation. In particular, the owner, Mr. Bernie Squitieri, has even helped this commission write the current “for-hire code” that exists in Missouri today. We have found his experience and expertise in Non-emergency Medical Transportation to be that of an expert in this field.

We have found Mr. Squitieri’s company to be one of the first companies here in St. Louis wanting to be regulated by the taxi commission in our area. This company has developed a comprehensive driver classroom and video training program that we have found to be excellent.
